Mei Lin Tan is a 34-year-old Singaporean food writer who grew up helping her parents at their hawker stall in Toa Payoh. With over a decade exploring every hawker centre across the island, she brings warmth, authenticity, and genuine passion to sharing the stories behind Singapore’s beloved street food culture. Her mission is to preserve hawker traditions while helping everyone discover the incredible diversity of local cuisine, from legendary Maxwell Food Centre favorites to hidden neighborhood gems.

Kenji Lim - Food Photography & Visual Storytelling

Kenji Lim is a 29-year-old visual artist and photographer specializing in hawker food culture. Born and raised in Geylang, Kenji developed his eye for detail while documenting his grandmother’s famous char kway teow stall.
